Please do not send passwords, API keys, MCP tokens, authentication headers, player data, or other sensitive information. Remove these details from screenshots and logs before sharing them. A minimal example is preferable to a complete game project.
Before contacting us
- Check the plugin version and the integration instructions included with its bundled SDK.
- The plugin requires a local game checkout and desktop execution. Make sure the project is available in your working environment.
- If the optional MCP catalog is unavailable, the bundled SDK files remain available offline. Include the catalog error in your report if you need help with the connection.
- For Unity issues, include the relevant Editor or build error. Compatibility needs to be checked in your game and on your target platform.
