Free, fixed-scope pilot

Design Partner Program

Two or three studios. One game. A few weeks. We connect your events, answer three questions, stand up dashboards and an agent workflow, then stop.

This is not a product tour and not a free warehouse forever. It is how we learn to deliver Rawbbit with a real game, and how you find out whether owning the pipeline is worth it.

Who it is for

Mobile, web, F2P, multiplayer, or live-service studios that want to own event data and do not have spare data-engineering time.

You need:

  • A real game, or a serious prototype that can emit events
  • One technical contact who can instrument and reply during the time-box
  • A live-ops / product question you cannot answer cleanly today

Typical trigger: soft launch, a pipeline nobody wants to maintain, a tool that is getting expensive or closed, or an internal stack that works until someone has to operate it.

Who it is not for

  • Teams that want a hosted SaaS with no instrumentation and no technical contact
  • Teams that cannot reply, ship events, or give access during the time-box
  • Studios looking for a free production warehouse with no end date
  • Hobby prototypes with no analytics urgency

If you only need a quote for managed hosting later, use Pricing. Self-hosting stays free on GitHub.

What you get

Fixed scope.

  • Connect one game / one app_id
  • Agree an event taxonomy
  • Pick three business questions
  • Deploy Metabase and build one focused dashboard for those questions. We can start from dashboards we already run as demos, then adapt them to your events.
  • Set up one MCP / agent workflow. If you grant the agent the game repository, we connect analytics and code in the same session during onboarding.
  • Infrastructure monitoring and weekly support for the time-box

Analytics services, modeling, and dashboard work are included because that is how we learn delivery. The program is free. The work is still expert-delivered, not a self-serve catalog.

Time-box: four to six weeks unless a shorter window is agreed in writing. Capacity: two or three studios.

What you do

  • Name a technical contact
  • Instrument the agreed events on time
  • Give access we need for the pipeline, Metabase, and MCP
  • Send structured feedback during the time-box
  • Allow us to request an approved case study or reference after
  • Use synthetic or non-sensitive data if you are not ready to put production data on the deployment

What is not included

  • Unlimited free operations after the pilot
  • Extra games, extra dashboards, or extra questions beyond the three we agreed
  • Production data on a shared sandbox

After the time-box, recurring managed Rawbbit or a scoped project is a separate conversation. Self-hosting remains free.

How it runs

  1. You apply with the game, the technical contact, and the three questions.
  2. We confirm fit and a start week.
  3. Events land over HTTP into Rawbbit. Raw history stays as Parquet in object storage you own. ClickHouse is the query layer.
  4. We stand up Metabase dashboards for the three questions and connect an MCP-capable agent.
  5. We measure time to first event, first dashboard, and first useful answer.
  6. The pilot ends. Next step is either self-host, a paid engagement, or a clean stop.

Apply

Tell us, in a short email or form:

  • Studio and game
  • Platform (mobile / web / live-service)
  • Technical contact
  • Current analytics setup, even if the answer is spreadsheets or we are building it
  • The three questions you want answered
  • Whether you can instrument events in the next few weeks
Apply for a pilot Book a short call

After the pilot

The useful outcome is a working loop: events in, dashboard out, agent able to query the same table.

What happens next is optional:

  • Keep running it yourselves (self-host, GitHub)
  • Ask for a quote to operate or extend it
  • Stop

There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan.

Questions that do not fit the form can go to team@rawbbit.one.
